Rep system instead of Thank bar

Was juss thinking of a new idea for new site. Instead of a thank bar have a reputation system with a bar to judge one's rep. For example a person with High rep will have a green bar at 100% (maybe there should be green tick and red x to calculate the ratio). Some one with a decent rep will have a green bar at 80%.. Mediocre rep will be yellow bar at 50/60%. We all know what the red bar will mean. This calculation will depend on how many positive or negative votes a person gets in posts.

We had something like this a while ago but it didn't work too well and wasn't used that much. The thank system seems to be working much better than the rep one.
