'Going live' date?

Since the new design is in its final stages, can I suggest we maybe have a 'going live' date? Which would be the day the main forum goes down for maintenance and we add the new design and stuff.

Would Saturday suit you guys?

Friday is my birthday. I won't be doing any work. However, all you have to do is create the widget that there is on this forum on the proper forum. It should be simple.

I think going live today is maybe stretching it a little? Also, I now won't be able to get online later today. :/ but maybe if we can finish off what we need to do today, then we can do it tomorrow?

I was finishing up the youtuber player on the homepage, and now it says 'This text will be replaced'. Looks like I've done something wrong...

Have been looking and I dont see anything changed with the code.. did you say you made a back up sometime ago? wanna revert to that and see what happens?

Apart from the YouTube player, is there anything I can do today? I'll have some time I reckon.

are we happy with the font all across the board? The footer will be removed once it goes live yeah?
Am juss having a look at the video player.. no javascript permissions where changed anywhere.. coz the code looks fine to me.

Yeah the footer will be removed, I purchased that on the main forum.

The only part I changed was the bit in the widget where the videos are added. I'll put the code from the backup on soon though and take it from there.

I think the fonts alright?

Yeah there will be players. Otacon explained how he was going to do it in the chat I think.

The youtube box is fixed. I just worked each line in using the back up and the new one. The line that messed it up was:

"title": "FIFA 12 Goals Compilation - "Song for an Actress"",

which was understandable considering the " opening and closing at the wrong times would have confused it. I've changed the title and it's fixed now.

I removed the qoutes around the song title before.. and it didnt work for me.. odd.

Since its pretty much done, nearly, would Thursday be alright? Just the final two widgets, and maybe for the bullet point, change slide things on the homepage for otacon to have a look at?

I improved the CSS for the posts whoever wrote it. There was a lot in there that could be shortened and wasn't needed, and effectively a lot of it was not doing anything. So I got rid of the stuff not doing anything or taking effect. But I also added a few thing keeping it supporting multiple browsers.

Thanks LG. The browser stuff was for the border right?

Everything is done, just the 'My Thanks' which LG has to do when on the main site.
